Returns and exchanges

We hope you loved your bikini, but if for any reason you would like to change a size or return an item, we are here to help.

We accept unworn and unwashed items. Customer must contact us at bequeenyofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return within 7 days of receiving the product in order to be eligible for a refund. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we receive the item in new condition we will issue a full refund.
For any size exchanges, please follow the process to return the original item and repurchase the item with your desired size on the website.
